ABOUT
A graduate of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Strasbourg, I became interested early on in 20th-century design, especially French and Italian. The 1930s, 1960s and 1980s are my favorite periods. I source my pieces at auction and from trusted private sellers, and research and document each object.
My influences change with each find: Art Deco, the Memphis group (Ettore Sottsass, Nathalie Du Pasquier, Michele De Lucchi), but also Gae Aulenti, Achille Castiglioni and the great French houses such as Daum. I look for pieces that carry a story, with the documentation and context that go with them.
I receive visitors by appointment in Paris. My pieces also ship internationally, to Europe, the United States and Asia.
APPROACH
My work is about giving pieces a second life: I carefully restore 20th-century design pieces and antiques, taking care to preserve their authenticity and history.
