Returns and withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
How to request a return:
1. Email us at contact@jonathanchristian.fr with your order number and the item concerned
2. You will receive a confirmation with return instructions within 48 hours
3. Send the item back in its original packaging within 14 days of your request
Return conditions:
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged
• Given the vintage or antique nature of the items sold, wear, patina or small imperfections described in the original listing are not grounds for return
• The packaging must be protective enough for safe transport (as the items are fragile and old, any damage caused by insufficient packaging on return is the buyer's responsibility)
• Photos are recommended if damage is noticed on receipt
Return costs:
Return costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item received does not match its description (wrong item, damage during the original shipment, item not as described).
Refund:
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the purchase.
Exceptions:
Items made or customized at the customer's request (custom restoration, specific color matching) are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Items damaged in transit:
If you notice damage on receipt:
1. Take photos of the packaging and the item before handling them
2. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@jonathanchristian.fr
3. You will be offered a refund or a replacement (if available)
